If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on unused and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Because our products are used for personal care, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or opened.

Please email us at hello@bebeface.ca with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bebeface.ca, and we’ll make it right.
